Installing the right side heater (throttle side) on a Harley Davidson with electronic throttle (TBW)

Fig. 1 is showing how the heater is wrapped around the TBW sensor. Make sure the I.D. of the throttle side handlebar is .875” so that the TBW sensor and heater will have enough room to slide inside the handlebar.


Fig. 2 is showing how the heater and TBW sensor is inserted into the handlebar. Make sure all the wires are positioned the same direction and that the heater is held tightly to the sensor.


Fig. 3 is showing the heater and TBW sensor installed into the handlebar. This should not slide in too tight as it may damage the heater.
